What the above information means is as follows. The honorable Judge reduced Mr. McGuire's Bond from $200,000.00 down to $50,000.00. HOWEVER, the Judge also ruled Mr. McGuire must come up with 100% of the Bond, $50,000.00 and cannot get a Bail Bond Company to put up 10%. McGuire must come up with the full $50,000.00 in order to get released, hence McGuire being committed.

Sorry for being so dense, but what does "committed" mean? Does that mean he's in jail? In a mental institution? In prison? Thanks.

Committed just means incarcerated at the local jail until he posts bond.

The last time I checked this is America. A person is to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. You are all pathetic vulchers.

He is still presumed innocent in a court of law. No one is asking to take that legal presumption/protection away from him. However, as citizens who have read his lies, read his arrest & conviction record and been victims of this idiot we certainly can presume guilt.
However, I do truly feel sorry for his children. They deserved better and perhaps now they will get it.
Yes, this is America. He is innocent until proven guilty. So, while we are proving it, let's just let him out so he can gather his arsenal and begin shooting people or burning their houses down! He brags about being charged with so many crimes, some we can see and some we can't. He knows how to work the system, and he has! Let Wicomico County and Delmar be known as the places who stopped his madness!
Mr. McGuire and his friends JR and JT have gone out of their way to go after innocent women and children. I hope this piece of sh!t gets left in jail and rots. One thing is for sure, there are a LOT of people out there who feel the same way.
His scumbag wife is yet another piece of sh!t and the two of them deserve everything they get. Hopefully Social Services take their children away from them so they can get an honest and fair chance at life.
Unfortunately they live in Maryland and not Delaware. Two witnesses turned on McGuire, he's done. McGuire openly told MANY people that I personally know that he wanted that house to burn to the ground. My hope is that some of these people will testify against him for such and probably will.
Tom will have his day in court and I wouldn't be surprised at all to hear he's somehow swindled his way out of jail and gets bonded out.
Nikki should truly think about the kids and what she and Tom are putting them through right now.

Rumor has it his wife and kids hated him so much they cold left him 3 weeks ago, but somehow were cooerced or enticed to return only to find him arrested. Sad bunch.
Mr. Robinson, funny how you can text me scared to death about the death threat comments and state you've contacted the DE. State Police and the Google legal department and assured me someone would be calling. However, once I mentioned I'd cooperate 100%, funny how no one ever called me, as you assured me would happen.

Rumor has it that questions are being asked and that information has been gathered - is it possible that JT and JR could be joining this guy in the jailhouse? It wasn't that long ago that JT was outted to the Seuss folks according to what is read here. It appears to have been done by a real lawyer and someone who knows how to go to the right places with information about these kinds of misdeeds.

Does anyone REALLY believe that in today's America that you are innocent until proven guilty??? Just an example: Think of a male that is wrongfully accused of child abuse or a sex crime. He could be found innocent, but in the end will NEVER be accepted back into society. It has happened many times before and will happen many more times in the future. By the way, I hope Tom rots in jail. I know of several things he is guilty of.
