Kratovil 'Honored'To Be Judge

Says he didn't think opportunity would come so soon
STEVENSVILLE Frank Kratovil said applying to become a judge was something that has long been on his radar screen, but he didn't expect the opportunity to present itself so soon.
Kratovil, 43, was appointed Dec. 28 by Gov. Martin O'Malley to be Queen Anne's County's next district court judge, succeeding John T. Clark III, who retired in February.

11:01 Thanks that puts it perfectly I don't like prior methods and things he overlooked and I hope something bites him in the butt and he learns to stop taking the easy way out and do the right thing including admitting and fixing mistakes
