What Would You Like To Weigh?

It's no surprise that the scales are tipping in an unhealthy direction for many Americans. That's already resulting in higher rates of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, cancers, osteoarthritis, gynecological issues, strokes, and other obesity-related conditions, as well as having a big economic impact in the workplace, in schools, and on the healthcare system. But it's also effecting our dreams of how much we'd like to weigh, according to Gallup's Health and Healthcare Survey.

If people stop eating meat and using dairy and go to fresh fruits vegetables brown rice and pasta along with beans nuts and seeds they won't have this problem. 6 out of ten Americans die just from consuming animal based diets. Go Vegan for your health

If people would stop eating fast food, this would all turn around.
I stopped eating fast food about 10 years ago and lost a bunch of weight. That was the only change I made.
Because I grew up in the south, I fry quite a bit of the foods I cook, especially meats. I do, at the same time, consume quite a bit of vegetables. Not much on fruit because of the natural sugars. It's all about moderation. But when it comes to fast food, they should be calling it fast POUNDS.
