We Need A Little Help

Mr Albero,

This is a bit strange but I have lost a medical device and hopefully one of you readers has found it. It is a One Touch Ping glucometer that is connected via bluetooth to my insulin pump. I put it in my jacket pocket this morning, stopped and finished my coffee in the park with a buddy of mine and went to work. I have searched the car, parking lot and my driveway to no available. I'm not in danger of going into an insulin related problem but my life would be much easier when I get it back, I am a bit nervous without it. It is in a black nylon zipper case and my name and address typed on a paper inside one of the pockets

Please call and I will do everything to pick it up

Thank you

Here is a photo of what it looks like
