ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Gov. Martin O'Malley hosted an end-of-the-year press roundtable Thursday to discuss Maryland's challenges, opportunities and successes, and to give a preview of the year ahead.
O'Malley says he doesn't believe there's anything he will be more grateful about in public service than the fact that Baltimore's murder rate has been dropping over the years. The number of murders in the city stands at 195, with just days left in the year.
