When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?
It's becoming an even more complicated question, especially in the wake of several recent studies linking even a little drinking of alcohol to a higher risk of cancers.
In one of them, researchers found that women who had as little as one drink a day boosted their risk of cancer of the breast, liver, rectum, throat, mouth, and esophagus. Meanwhile, numerous studies dating back decades show that alcohol and heart health have a positive relationship.

Hoo,Gawd, really? Here we go again. Every year we get to see yet another "study", no doubt funded by you-know-who (your tax dollars). Killer new info no one can do without...Having nothing to do with reality, or lack of understanding of....
Well, you folks just keep looking into that like you've been doing for the last 49 years. Meanwhile, I'll order up another drink and wait another forty years for you to figure it out!

My grandfather worked hard and played hard (whiskey). He lived to a ripe old age. I think non-drinkers can be pretty uptight, and that tension is worse than loosening up with some drinks and having a good belly laugh. To each his own though.
