Remember recently a dog here in Salisbury was euthanized AFTER 2 Rescue Groups had agreed to take responsibility for him & get whatever medical help was needed? It's a shame the same justice , as in this story below , couldn't have been offered that dog ..
However, this info below will inform others as to what can be done should something such as this happens to anyone!
