Defendant: Ronald Charles, B/M age 31 of Salisbury, MD

BRIEF RESUME:
On 11/28/2011 at approximately 2024 hours, a Trooper from the Salisbury Barrack responded to 808 Manoa Ave, Salisbury, Wicomico County, Maryland, in reference to an unattended child. Investigation showed that Ronald Charles had left his six-year old son home alone for several hours while he was at work. This had been occurring for several months while Charles was at work, according to witnesses. Charles was contacted at work and returned home. Charles was placed under arrest and transported to central booking.

LOCATION: 811 Chippewa Blvd, Salisbury, Wicomico County, MD

CASE NUMBER: 11-54-008308

CRIME: 1. Violation of Protective Order

Defendant: Robert Parks, III, B/M age 20 of Salisbury, MD

BRIEF RESUME:
On 11/27/2011 at approximately 191 hours, a Trooper from the Salisbury Barrack responded to 815 Chippewa Blvd, Salisbury, Wicomico County, Maryland, in reference to a violation of protective order. Upon arrival, the Trooper met with Starr Renee Boone who advised she had an active protective order against Robert Parks, III. Boone advised that Parks made contact with her at approximately 1630 hours on that date in the area of Manoa Blvd at Nokomis Avenue, Salisbury. A warrant for Parks was obtained. Troopers responded to 811 Chippewa Blvd, Salisbury, to serve the warrant and Parks was placed under arrest. Parks was transported to central booking.
