Be Prepared To Get A Real Ticket

why wait til 12mph over? over is over. its like saying i stole $50 from someone even though they had $600 on them. its not breaking the law then, right?
The Constitution gives us the ability to confront the accusing party in court. How do you interrogate a speed camera?

The constitution also gives us the 2nd amendment but the individual states change that.
In your question of how to interrogate a speed camera? How do you dispute it when your dumb@$$ is caught on camera? Don't speed!!!
The element that you are forgetting is the camera. How do we know the camera is accurate/working correctly? That's been one of the biggest contentions with the much simpler red light cameras.
Would someone please tell us where the cameras are? I don't speed in these zones, however, I would still like to know where they are. I know one is on Emerson, and one is over near Bennett but where are the others?
I was cited by one of these cameras in front of a high school in Baltimore County mid-way during the Christmas break and was fined $40. Note that school was not in session at the time due to the Christmas vacation. I wrote a note to this effect when I remitted my $40 check. I could have driven to Baltimore County and appeared in court to contest, but the cost of gas and tolls would have been another $40, so I reluctantly paid it. I never received a reply to my note, by the way.
Stop blaming the locals for the 12 mph amount. That is the state law for this program. Anyone that fast over the limit deserves a ticket.

If you hit someone you commit a crime against them. Until that time you have not committed a crime.
Stop giving the government control over your actions. You are a King. We are all Kings. The government works for us. Not the other way around.
The government is there to defend the weak from the strong when the strong hurts them or the their property. Speeding is not a crime under Common Law. Hurting someone or damaging someone's property is a crime.
Well, I hope they also write tickets to the kids that JAYWALK across Route 50 by Wi Middle. Or at least send the citation to their parents. Those kids LOVE to play chicken with cars before and after school.

The speed limit was introduced to encourage everyone to travel at approximately the same rate of speed. Not as a revenue or police enforcement tool.
You guys actually WANT to be told what to do. No problem They are happy to oblige.
Where are the cameras???
It is time for the public to re-plan their routes around Salisbury. Best to take the residential streets around the speed traps.
When the residential neighbors start to complain loud enough - the cameras will come down.
Someone just tried to bash police officers for speeding. Let me say this.
I want ALL of you to know that Chief Duncan has informed ALL police officers, IF they are caught speeding in these areas, THEY WILL PAY A $40.00 FINE!
A new policy went into place TODAY. Each car is logged in and IF an officer is caught they will pay a fine.
So give the Chief a TON of credit and STOP harping on the officers alltogether.

No way. These guys need to be watched like a hawk. Kudos to Duncan if what you say is true. They should be held accountable, and watched.
Kudos, Joe. I pass Wi Middle every day, and there are kids who "defy" anyone to hit them, slowly crossing the highway away from the crosswalks. While we need to obey the speed limit for the safety of all, unfortunately there are kids who are stupid enough to play chicken with us. Let the chips fall where they may.
