A couple of weeks ago my sister and her husband went to Save alot in Salisbury a woman was standing out front of the store and approached them and ask them did they want to use her independence card to get groceries and she would take half the cash for the purchase. They need to set up a sting operation over there and catch these people poaching off us tax payers.

That is sickening.I have had to use them in the past very briefly and never even thought to "sell" them for cash. They were used to feed my family.Anyone caught doing this should get bumped off the rolls.

Well I was in line at Walmart last week and the couple in front of me used a independence card and after they used it, they handed the card to a person behind me! I said something to the cashier, because she should have asked for ID, but she didn't, just rang the person stuff up and keeped on to the next customer.

Walmart employees are strictly instructed not to get involved in ANY issues which might create a problem with a customer.
Have you ever stood behind people in a 20 items or less with a full cart load of stuff?
The cashiers cannot say ANYTHING about it and are told to ring the order up anyway!
