Opportunities To Support Our Students And Schools

Halloween Carnival
Wicomico High School
The Wicomico High School Class of 2012 will host a Halloween Carnival at the school from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25 for anyone under age 12 (with chaperone). The carnival will feature face painting by WiHi student artists, Monster Freeze Dance, Halloween golf, ring toss, black cat craft, decorate a cupcake, and more. The carnival will take place in the Wicomico High Auditorium parking lot (rain location: WiHi cafeteria). Admission is $5, with proceeds supporting the WiHi senior class. 410-677-5146.

Trunk or Treat Family Fall Fun Night
Westside Schools

Trunk or Treat is a safe and fun alternative to trick or treating. Westside Schools PTA will be partnering with our faith based partner, Cross Pointe Church of the Nazarene, to hold this event. The church is providing its parking lot for the Trunk or Treat. There will be many things happening including hay rides, pumpkin carving, costume contest, bonfire, food and beverages, and of course trick or treating. More details to come! 4th annual Harvest Fest
Mardela Middle and High

From 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 28, the Mardela Middle and High School Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society and the Student Government Association will sponsor the 4th annual Harvest Fest at Mardela Middle and High School. This event is for children fifth grade and younger (age 11 and under); must be accompanied by an adult. There will be trick-or-treating throughout the school in decorated hallways, fall-themed dancing in the cafeteria, and a fun hayride which leads to a haunted forest. The public is invited to attend this fun and safe alternative to going out on Halloween night. A $5 donation per child is requested. 410-677-5142.
