Salisbury Police Department Press Release 9-22-11

On September 21, 2011 at approximately 5:16 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the area of Liberty Street for the report of a subject breaking into a vehicle. Upon arrival the officers detained and arrested the below listed suspect who was found still in a victim’s vehicle. The officers met with a number of witnesses who advised that they had observed the suspect breaking into several vehicles in the area. The suspect was found in possession of a book bag containing items of property taken from vehicles both inside and outside of the city limits. The suspect was also found in possession of a quantity of prescription medication without the necessary prescription.

ARRESTED: Juvenile, 17 years of age
Salisbury, Maryland
CHARGES: Theft (under $ 100) – 2 counts
Poss. of a controlled dangerous substance – 3 counts
Possession of CDS/Paraphernalia
Rogue and vagabond
DISPOSITION: Released to Lower Shore Youth Facility

17 and a rogue and a vagabond. smh. I hope he wasn't one of the tent city people. That would probably destroy the good faith they have found.
