Welcome to Wicomico Co!!! it's that time of year again - We can open or close schools 1 or 2 hours later or early and We don't have to make these hours up! Which is BS!!!! My husband and I drive to work in the fog - we don't get hour delays! What a joke!!!!

And you would be the first one to jump on somebody when the bus has an accident because of the fog.
It wasn't that long ago that a big truck hit a school bus in Easton. I think the bus driver was killed but I really don't remember.

Forgot to mention it was foggy when truck hit bus.
7:33am Yes, and I bet you would be the first to scream if a bus with children on it had an accident on one of the back roads.
Soon to be announced....schools delayed one hour due to sun glares, rain, frog on the road, turtle on the road, high humidity, low humidity, or overcast.
if fog sets in at 3pm do the kids stay all night at school?

I graduated the 19th grade. You might need to take your shoes off to figure out that is a Master's degree. How about you?
The reality is the the lawyers and people looking to make a quick buck have morphed this country into a state of fear of being sued for anything. Negligence is onething but they call accidents "accidents" for a reason and accidents should not be a cause of action for a personal injury lawsuit. School districts are scared to even load the buses it is raining.
