Police say they have arrested an illegal immigrant for the sixth time for driving drunk -- an offense the man had been deported for previously, MyFoxBoston.com reports.
Eduardo Torres, 48, was arrested by police in Boxboro, Mass., on Saturday after his car was pulled over and he failed a field sobriety test, according to the website. The man allegedly gave police a name not found in any database.

One question, how did this guy not get deported after his first offense where he was arrested if they know he is an illegal immigrant?

Well he's not Irish or from Kenya so he can't be related to Obama. So what is the excuse for him still being here. Sound like he needs a free ticket on the white bus from customs.
He is just like many other American drivers, how many times do you see in the news about Drunks getting pulled over and arrested for driving under the influence? I have seen it on the news that some guys have over a dozen convictions! Where is the justice in this? Talk about your repeat offenders, our justice system mollycoddles the drunks, because most of the law makers and judges are drunks too! They all take care of their own. Change is needed, 1st. time you get 30 days in jail mandatory, no questions, $1,000 fine no reductions. Real punishment would change the drunks. 2nd. Time, 90 days, $5,000 fine and 40 hours community service, again no reduction, mandatory. Also along with both penalties, mandatory lose of license for 30 then 90 days, no permit to drive to or from work. If they are stupid enough to do it again for a 3rd. time, 1 year in jail, 1 year no license, $10,000 fine. Throughout their incarceration no work releases either. It is time we got tough on these criminals; after all they are potential killers! They drive drunk behind a 2000 pound killing machine. A drunk driver killed my sister when she was only 27 years old, leaving behind a husband and two kids, one was 3 the other 2.
