A Letter To The Editor 9-8-11

sbynews:

Did you notice that the Times headline is a smear piece about the President of the City Council...apparently this is more important than the missing teacher.

It's more like jealousy. The same can be said of the paper when Tilghman was mayor, they were the mouth piece for the mayor, much like it still is for limpy Ireton.

Also the paper gets most of their advertizing revenue from those slum lords who also don't care for the council, wanting to abide by the laws, codes and ordinances by golly!

Seems that the Daily Times thinks that it is its perpetual job towrite half truths, innuendo and lies to support their allies. Not much of a newspaper when it comes to news or journalistic integrity. Are other Gannet papers like this? Is it a small town, one paper kind of thing or what?

Let me start by saying this... I LOVE SBY NEWS! But... How in the world is that any different than this blog having the Joe vs Lewis thing going on last night compared to the missing teacher?

They still printing that rag? I wonder who's paying for it.

Wow, sure glad someone else noticed that! I looked at this morning and thought "what the !?"

The Times, Ireton and those buffoons running Urban Salisbury have just been beating on the council, but especially Cohen, and Cambpell too, nonstop since the new council got in.

I liked Cohen before, but I like her even more now as president. Among all these crying children, it is nice to see a calm adult.

Yes, absolutely terrible that the front page was about that mean ole Cohen while a woman is missing and presumed dead. What a disgrace and incredible disrespect, to both ladies!
