Police: Drunk Man Flips Boat, Drags It Down Street

A Pennsylvania man faces driving under the influence and other charges after striking a parked car, flipping his boat trailer and dragging a pontoon boat upside down before stopping.

Fish and Wildlife agents watched the man trailer his pontoon boat at Holts Landing in Ocean View Sept. 6, when they say the accident occurred.

Fish and Wildlife agents were assisted by Delaware State Park Rangers, Ocean View and Bethany Beach police departments and the Delaware State Police in arresting Eric A. Willis, 40, of Avondale, Pa., said Sgt. Gregory Rhodes of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement.
