The Labor Department reports jobless claims rose by 2,000 to 414,000. Continuing
claims fell to 3.7 million.

Tonight we will hear how things are getting better all the time and that the economic problems we have are a result of the past administration. All we have to do to remedy the situation is to throw a half trillion dollars to a few more companies that will be in bankrupcy next year.
There is a fall ONLY because benefits have expired for some. That's the case every week...but that's not what you're led to believe.
