Great job! thanks to Sheriff Mike Lewis. think about the sheriff's department and other local agencies before Sheriff Lewis. The State Police handled everything. Mike Lewis is to Wicomico County what Peyton Manning is to the Colts (everything). Take him out of the game and it all falls apart.

Lousy, and Mike Lewis is like a football player, an ego-testical, selfish, media hog, whom is always showboating!

Well since the question asks about LOCAL leo's, I would guess that means city and county only. (Even tho we have a SP barracks)
I don't live IN the city but from what I hear there continues to be a very large crime problem there.
But which city doesn't?
Regardless, if our troops can get out of the armored vehicles and WALK around, (while getting their limbs blown off), why can't Leo's get out of their cars and walk a beat?
Bike cops are cool and preppy but what they gonna do when they bust someone, tell them to get in the basket? (yeah I know but I couldn't resist)
It would seem every computer in Salisbury has been stolen since no one is weighing in on this issue.
