It's important to ask your doctor questions to make sure you're getting the best care and aren't overpaying or getting an unnecessary treatment. In fact, your doctor wants you to ask questions. It can be hard to think of the right ones in the heat — or rather, cold — of the moment — those backless hospital gowns and all — so the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality has got 10 you can print out and bring with you.

Always ask why you need a prescribed drug, All drugs are toxic to the body and will not do nor undo any illness or disease only symptoms.
I asked the doctor some questions and boy did he get pissed! I guess I choose to be more informed than he wanted me to be. Trouble I have with doctors is I have a disease and they can milk our insurance company and the company will not question him just agree to pay and take his word at it. They always want to keep me coming back and do not do anything more than I can keep an eye on myself. Seems that they only hear what they want to hear and always have misinformation in my chart. Try to get them to change the chart or record to reflect the correct information and see where that lands you. The best thing you can do is get well informed about the condition you are being seen for so you don't end up with endless appointments lining the doctors pockets!
If your doctor gets pissed, change doctors. The young ones out of med school have much beter mannerisms when it comes to empowering the patient than the traditional ones do.
There are alot of quacks out there.
Some who are true Doctors, look
for a healer. You'll know by looking them in the eye and talking with them.
