City Officer Gets 15 Years In Fatal Shooting Of Marine Veteran

Tshamba shot unarmed Brown 12 times outside Mount Vernon bar in 2010

A Baltimore judge had harsh words Tuesday for city police officer Gahiji Tshamba, calling his actions "repugnant" and sentencing him to 15 years in prison in the shooting death last year of an unarmed Marine veteran outside a Mount Vernon bar.

"None of this had to happen," Circuit Judge Edward R.K. Hargadon told Tshamba. "You seriously overreacted."

Actually, that doesnt sound the slightest bit "Muslim". But then again, since John Smith could the name of someone who is Muslim, you're pretty much just an arrogant ass.

On another note... A drunk Off-duty police officer uses his SERVICE PISTOL to settle a bar fight, and he only recieves 15 years? 12 Rounds?!?!? So he atleast emptied the clip in this guy? Granted I dont know all the details, but from what the NEWS is reporting this guy should of gotten alot more than 15 years. I was under the impression that even with a CCW it was illegal to carry a weapon while intoxicated. Not sure at what point he decided to pull out his pistol and blast the un-armed oponent, but I think by the 12th shot, he should of realized it was a bad idea.

He emptied his clip that held 13 bullets. The victim was hit 12 times. 7 years for manslaughter 10 years for handgun violations. From reading the article, this isn't the cops first time doing something like this. He also shot at a car while driving drunk.
