Challenge To New Lethal Injection Drug To Be Heard

MIAMI (Associated Press) -- A judge in Miami will hear a challenge to the state's planned use of a new execution drug.
The Florida Supreme Court last month ordered the hearing in the case of 61-year-old Manuel Valle, convicted in the 1978 shooting death of Coral Gables police officer Louis Pena.

I don't like that new drug either. I think they should make it simple.
Kill them with the same method they killed. Also put them in the express lane.

Poor baby! So he might feel some pain from the injection. I wonder what his shooting victim went through until he died. Anyway, the pain won't last long.
