The proof is shown above where grass was getting up to 3 feet tall and quite frankly the City of Salisbury was looking like crap!
Today, prisoners were brought in to beautify Rt. 50 by cutting and trimming the grass. Many citizens have been crying out for our government to take advantage of such resources and Thank God we're finally seeing democrats use their heads, for once. Strongly recommended by republicans.

Well now..there's a shocker. The grass gets cut and someone is stiiiill bitchin' go figure
that so called free inmate labor is sure as heck not free!!! for starts, the taxpayer is paying close to 30 k a year to house, feed,and keep, these animals healthy!!! also you have to pay a circus trainer to over see these animals thats 30 k a year plus bennies. also the vehicle, fuel, and up keep cost, along with all the power equipment which they should not be using anyway for insurance reasons. as you see none of these animals are wearing eye protection or any kind of safety equipment. so the next time these spinning liberal dumbocraps tell you there is free inmate labor. THINK AGAIN!!
Looks like they are doing more standing around than working! Kind of the like the county workers - knew of a guy years ago who worked for the county and actually had his alarm on his watch set to wake him up during his lunch break!
