A vacant building in the City of Salisbury must now pay a $25.00 registration fee.

Now WHY would any one want to INVEST into Downtown property.

Anonymous said...: To make matters worse,You get no reminder of when renewal is due. You get a bill for a $25.00 late fee. City Government at it's worst. It comes from Code and Compliance.
