I see people wearing them all the time at the stores. I even see some women in their PJ's and crocks on shopping in the stores.

Haha yeah probably Anon. 11:42 does that

Yep - great for the beach.

No, they are ugly, no support and I agree...owned by people that don't want to take the time to put on real shoes.

Men look gay wearing them .

yes

I look bad enough. I don't need anything to make me look worse. However, I recently had my roof washed of black algae stains. The guy who walked around on the wet slippery roof was wearing tie crocks. He said there was nothing better for him to walk around on roofs. Who knew!

they are as bad as people wearing bluetooth earpieces. just weird.

Crocs...Yes I own 3 or 4 pairs. I work in the medical field and they are great. They are light and have holes so that air flows easily.

Yep 2 pair. Got them in Atlanta before they were here about 5+ years ago. Luv them. The nurses wear them as well. SO, they must be good, I think so! AND, they are not gay!! LOL

No. They just are ugly. I hate seeing people out with pjs on. To me it shows laziness. Decided to go to store today and thought I would just jump out of bed and head right there. I've even seen people out with pjs and fuzzy slippers on.

I have the Croc sandals. I love Crocs but fully aware that they are ugly shoes but they are comfy. And yes, I am a lazy shoe-wearer. Slip on and go.

yes

No Because I'm a man

Spelled "Crocs'. Wear a pair while walking on concrete all day and you will notice a pleasant difference in how your feet, ankles, knees and hips feel at the end of the day vs. ordinary shoes.
They do make a variety of styles including ones that look normal.
Check out the Crocs Outlet in Rehoboth Beach.

Yes, have three pair of the Crocs flip flops - love them, very comfortable.

Anonymous said...

No they are ugly and offer no support. It is a horrible shoe, if you want to call it that, for children because it does not aid in formation of the arch in the foot.

Anonymous said...

1:07 A little insecure about that?

Anonymous said...

Just the flipflops - I feel awkward in the others. I heard they do give good support, though, not as flimsy as they look & would be good to wear for certain jobs.

Yes i own 2 crocks , i have had them 5 years and i should return them to the everglades.
Yes i still love them but they are getting to big for the bath tub.

I admit they are not very nice looking. They ARE comfy. Even my foot doctor sells them. I dont wear them because Im lazy I wear them so I can walk all day long. My husband even has a pair he works in the yard in, that way he can slip them off and on when he comes in and out of the house all day long.

NO!

Anonymous said...

Ugly, ugly, ugly...the only people who should even consider wearing them are hospital workers and chefs/cooks and never outside of work.

Anonymous said...

I know they are really ugly and everyone reminds me of that.....but there is no more comfortable shoe/slipper/whatever than a pair of crocs

I was in Boscovs on sunday and they now have fancy designer crocs.
they look pretty cool, like docksiders

Anonymous said...

Yes. I usually wear them when working in my yard/garden. Very easy to rinse off the muck allow to air dry. Very comfortable.

Anonymous said...

Its spelled plantar facsiitis; and yes there are two i's

Use them for bedroom slippers. Great for in the dark walking because I'm constatly bumping into things with by feet at night (plenty of hopper inspections). I don't call them Crocs either, I call them bumpers, cause they save my feets. Hope they start making headgear soon, I'm needing that too. FredG

The word crock can mean:
Crock (slang), a botched attempt or design
Crock, slang for heavily intoxicated from alcohol
Crock (dishware), a class of pottery containers that include crockery and slow cookers
Crock (comic), an American comic strip depicting the French Foreign Legion
Crock, the antagonist in the Disney television series, The Wuzzles

They look really wide. Don't your feet float around in them without those fuzzy inserts?

Bought a pair that looks like dress shoes. They are super comfortable. Nothing aches at the end of the day - they're a little big though.

for someone that stands at work for 40 hours a week since i was 18..... they are the only shoes I have found that do not KILL my feet at the end of the day....so much for lazy shoes huh....people that sit at a desk or car all day don't have the problems we do

Anonymous said...

Yes, in several colors. Love them!

Anonymous said...

No,they are the worst looking shoes ever! If you have a small foot like me, forget it! Perfect shoes for people with big feet. Sorry, but true! Own not one pair- and proud of it!!!!

No but my 6 yr old daughter has a pair of pink ones and my teenager has a couple pairs because she is required to wear them at her work which is a restaurant. They prevent slipping on wet floors. She has to wear the kind w/no holes in them for work.
I think they look cute on kids and on girls and best on those w/smaller feet.
