The right to be homophobic? How about doing the right thing and taking a moral stand? America needs to return to morality. She is doing what is right. She isn't homophobic. There is nothing wrong with her beliefs. She is doing what is right and I support her 100%.
It is time to stop justifying and glorifying an immoral practice.

they say she was wrong for pushing her values on others. why is it wrong for her to push her values (which are held by a majority of other people); YET, its ok for others to force their values down are throats?

That is a very poor choice of wording for this headline. Do you know what the definition of the word "homophobic" means? The word "homophobia" means "unreasoning fear of or antipathy toward homosexuals and homosexuality." Just because someone believes homosexuality is wrong does not mean they have a fear of or antipathy towards homosexuals. You are making a terrible assumption here. I believe homosexuality is wrong. But I have friends who are homosexual. I have no fear of them. No hatred towards them. What this girl is suing for is the right not to be discriminated against. It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with fear or hatred.
It seems to me that you are twisting the story and just creating a headline to grab attention without regard for accuracy.
That is like suing for the right to be stupid or ugly.

She has the right to be homophobic, just like most of the people who have commented on this post. She is wasting time and money trying to get something she already has. I have come to terms with the fact that I live in a small-minded community with small-minded opinions on homosexuality. Feel free to spew hate and pickle in your own negativity. Maybe if homophobic heterosexuals got the treatment they need, there would be less hate in the world. Keep fighting the fight, homophobes, check the news from time to time.
