BRIEF RESUME: On 07/19/2010, at 0025 hours, a Trooper from the Salisbury Barrack conducted a traffic stop on the above suspect’s vehicle for speeding at the above location. During the encounter, the Trooper requested a drug sniffing K-9 scan of the vehicle based on criminal indicators. The K-9 handler indicated a positive alert for the odor of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. A search of the vehicle revealed two clear plastic baggies containing a greenish brown vegetable matter suspected Marijuana. Both Harrison and Mumford were arrested and transported to WCDC for processing.

So you report simple marijuana possession, with pictures, of two kids. But you don't report anything about Somerset County Judge Long's daughter being arrested for multiple drug charges and an arrest for DUI 3 days prior?
Amen 5:43. I was always under the impression defeating the good ole boy network of somerset county was a crusade of joe's. that was a story joe would normally jump all over. the suspicious nature of it all leads one's mind to begin to wander.
