Joe, these dogs are running down the highway in Laurel near Food Lion. One is a Beethoven type dog. Hope someone recognizes them before they are hit.

Laurel always seems to have dogs running loose. There is a Delaware leash law which no one seems to abide by. I think someone needs to make sure that this law is being enforced in Laurel. There are several dogs that are always in our yard and if you try to make them go home they growl at you. It is not safe for kids and other dogs that their owners care enough to make sure that they are secure on a leash or in a cage at all times.
Looks like my neighbors they just turn their dogs out to do what they please.
