i hate webster! but the thing the POS was trying to say is, parties bring LOUD music and it disturbs the city. that said, mostly college students attend these parties and play loud music. with these parties, brings loud music, urinating in bushes, climb the side of the houses, climbing onto other peoples vehicles, mdop and cause ruckus. He did not present a good case. so how can he present a case to be sheriff for somerset county? POS go back to baltimore, md!
