Is is Hobas or Hoban dumb a$$, you have it both ways.
What's the big deal about this guy; there are over 100 officers on the OCPD and none got the press this one just received. Is he a relative or something ?
Thats one hot Chief of Police!!!
Chief DiPino treats her Officers with respect. The city of Ocean City treats the police well. Hoban is another fine officer to graduate from ESCJA. You need 95% to graduate from ESCJA with honors. A plack on the wall at the police academy shows who had top academic score for each class that graduates. Im a police officer and when i graduated i had a score of 94%. Ten other officers had higher scores than me. Chief DiPino offered me a job at that time and i told her that i signed a contract with SPD with the promise that a pay study would be completed and we would be taken care of. 7yrs later and what a mistake i made by being loyal to the city of Salisbury.
7:42. Everyone left SPD, your turn. They will never live up to what they did. That is why in they have 100 times more offiers quit then retire. They were formed before 1800 and have only had about 10 retire. Salisbury has never given their officers what they deserve. The citizens must love what they get, they get what thye pay for. High crime.
Its Hoban, and hes a great dude... played ball with him for awhile... Congrats... all you haters just keep the mouth SHUT
