This is really funny. Who ever heard about having a groundbreaking for a new floor. I am jealous that I did not think to do that when we put a new floor in the kitchen.
a ceremony to celebrate the groundbreaking on a new floor?? only the government could come up with that one. that's like a local business welcoming you to the groundbreaking of their new toilet seat.
Fineran gets paid to make this announcement and receive the RSVP's? A true waste of money.
Thank God, it is about time the Civic Center come up to the 21st century with their floors. I think the one there has been there since the new civic center was built. They need to get that wiring under the floor and do lots of things so the Civic Center can SAFELY hold more events without electrical cords everywhere along with electrical boxes. Thank you Civic Center for making this happen and not a day too soon. Signed, A Shareholder in the Civic Center... Community person and tax payer.....
Just another way for our tax dollars to be wasted on those who will attend at our expence. Some on the county pay roll or the state pay roll. Go figure!!
