You're On The Money

Joe,

It seems that a renowned predictor of trends agrees with your predictions of what the future holds for America. More importantly, this is an older video with predictions he made that have in fact come true. It stands to reason that some of what he predicted has yet to occur but will undoubtedly come to pass. It's very similar to what you predicted.

Joe, people still spent, spent, spent last Christmas. Local shops are not doing better.

The housing bubble started popping long before the 2008 election. Even if I don't like his politics, Obama did say no quick and easy answers.

As for predictions, we started planning for this in 2005, don't know about this guy or the rest of you.

9:23, i know that many people did spend a lot last year but many many more did not. Some people haven't figured the credit card thing out yet and are still spending as if they really have the money. Truth is more than half of the gifts I received for Christmas last year were hand made, such as a mason jar with the complete, measured out ingredients for chocolate chip cookies. I gift that gave again later and cost much less than a new shirt. Yes I find that many people spent less and gave more gifts that came from the heart. I actually enjoyed this Christmas more than many in recent memory. I also find this guys predictions strikingly accurate.
