Wicomico AFP Meeting Tuesday (1.26) 7pm Adams Ribs

Americans for Prosperity's "Meet the Canidate" Series begins THIS Tuesday (1.26) at 7pm Adams Ribs in Fruitland

It's been a very exciting month for Americans For Prosperity in Maryland and nationwide for all patriots that have been working hard to stop a government take over of our health care, fighting back big government, and working towards the return our fiscal conservative values, that have seemed to be up to now, bleak endeavors.

With the Massachusetts Senate win of Scott Brown, the hostile government take over of our health care and the biggest expansion of the federal government appears to be DOA. Independents and Democrats in the most liberal state in the union sent a message to Washington and that was a resounding "NO" to nationalized health care. "NO" to out of control spending. "NO" to big government and a big "YES" to limited government and returning to our constitutional rights.

Come join Wicomico County's Americans For Prosperity to work for these changes in another blue state; Maryland. Just this month, Marylanders gathered from all over the state in Annapolis to say enough is enough, with all the big spending and we sent a loud and clear message to Governor O'Malley and all of our representatives. "Stop Spending our Taxes and Balance the Budget!"

Check out the video highlights:

The local AFP and Voice members should focus on the waste and excess spending right here in Wicomico County -- $400 trash cans and $300,000 per acre for land across the street from the Civic Center. It seems they have disappearred from the County Council meetings.

If the county council would LISTEN to the PEOPLE and have night meetings, I might be able to be there. Only Joe Holloway supported night meetings with any real enthusiasm, where have you been? There is a war on between the people and those they elect. If you want to be part of a solution come to the AFP meeting and find out what we are doing, but we cant be everywhere all the time, we aren't PAID by anyone, unlike our local democrat activists who have in the past been paid by MoveOn.org, we are a volunteer army and we need your help!

1:51 --

So send letters and e-mails to the County Council, then, if you can't go to their meetings.

PS -- it appears at the t-parties that there are lots of retired members who could go to meetings during the day.

"All politics is local" as someone once said.

11:09 WE DO! Where are you? We can't do everything for you. That is the reason we are in this mess to begin with. People expect everyone else to take care of the govt. for them. Get out get involved. Come Tuesday night. It would be a great first step!
