Bicyclist Dies from Injuries Sustained in Crash (originally released April 4, 2009)
Glasgow- Mr. Marcelle A. Williams, 44, of Perryville, Maryland, voluntarily turned himself in yesterday, August 2nd, to authorities at Troop 2. He was formally charged in reference to the below outlined crash with Operating a Vehicle Causing Death of Another Person (misdemeanor).
Upon arraignment, Mr. Williams was committed to the Howard Young Correctional Institute in lieu of $10,000.00 secured bond.

Go home, sober-up, then turn yourself in, receive a slap on the wrist.
At least he was MAN enough when he (what-ever) to fess up and walk in there like MAN. Thats a lot more than most do. Something happened and he walked in willing to take responsibility for what-ever he had done. How many of you have ever been there?
