My hat is tipped to Mr. Hope for finally reaching out to the property owners throughout Downtown Salisbury. Our hope is that the property owners and business people will come forward and offer any ideas they might have to better the plan Urban Salisbury currently has in mind.
One business owner said to me, this is $250,000.00 that could go towards economic & development, rather than dressing up the Plaza. I happen to agree but until enough people come forward and address this issue, things will flow exactly how Urban Salisbury wants it.
The public is also welcome to this meeting, so I hope plenty of people show up.
