SALISBURY NEEDS A NAME CHANGE

While my wife and I were eating dinner this evening in Salisbury, our discussion was centered on the hordes of AVAILABLE signs throughout the City of Salisbury.

We determined that it was only fitting for our illustrious Mare to propose a name change from SALISBURY TO AVAILABLE.

By the look of all the Vacancies in and around Salisbury it would save the taxpayers substantial money on signage to simply change the name of our City from SALISBURY TO AVAILABLE.

As far as the Wicomico County Tourism Center is concerned. . . with the slew of AVAILABLE signage posted throughout Salisbury, it could lure some prospective transients into our area. The south referred to these people as CARPETBAGGERS OR SCALAWAGS.
