Tax dollars means open books or no tax dollars whether it is Local, County or State tax money. Where is accountibility and openess promised by County Executive. Secrective business means no money
I've said it before, and I'll say it again. If Barrie Tilghman's hand is in it, there is plenty of dirt to be found. That woman is a pariah to any and all activities in the local community.
They want to charge nearly $1. average/ per customer.....thats about what you pay for premium channels, pending on the package. That is definantly NOT Public access! This has got to be against the law, Federal even! I thnik every one of them should be charged with a theft scheme!!!
