No DOT Flags?
I want to know why he doesn't have to follow DOT rules by flagging his overhang? Oh, that's right, when you work for the City you don't have to get permits and follow the law.
If the "City or County" title dont matter then why add it in the story in the first place? Why could he of just said Where is this guys flag for the over hang?
Just goes to show everyone that Joe still has a hard on for the City of Salisbury!
Again.. If you can do better then go apply.. but till then just sit back and complain and don't try and act like you are so perfect!

Give the guy a break, at least he is working.
That is a county roads truck not a city truck.
City or County truck matters little. The real point is what this vehicle is doing is dangerous, and the driver should be sited for the violation.

I know a few Troopers who drive the expeditions who would take exception to this violation as well as many others that they could probably find.
Call your chummy pal Slick Rick and ask him.
It should be common sense and common courtesy by the driver of the truck, regardless of who he is employed by.
