The Plane diverted to Patuxent then changed its mind again and went to BWI instead..arrived there safely at 9:25.

Thanks for the update....you don't actually have to prove anything,but I certainly appreciate the information.
Nothing for nothing but the aircraft was offered Patuxent NAS due to it's position ans altitude but quickly decided on Baltimore due to the passenger service and maintainence avbl at BWI and the lack of paperwork required after landing at a gov't installation.
But what do I know....after all, he never landed at BWI according to the eye witness scanner reports. This kind of thing happens all the time.
couldn't have been much an emergency. it could have landed in Easton.
