Typical of the WEASEL to hold a special session on annexations and rules of order KNOWING IN ADVANCE, Campbell & Cohen won't be available.

That's alright, let them change the rules so that their trio has all the power. The makeup of that power structure is going to change in the next election, and don't expect us to change it back.
I encourage every reader of this blog living in Salisbury to go to this meeting and show support for Terry and Debbie. If I didn't live so far away, I would be there. I can't vote in Salisbury, but the city is important to me and my family. And next year, go to the polls and get your city back!
Once these parcels are annexed, and they will be without question. WHO will be paying for the water and sewer extended out to Browns Farm? Is this another of Comegys growth pays for growth deals where the taxpayers IN REALITY pay the developers to build there?
This trio running and ruining the city council is the MOST UNAMERICAN three people I have ever witnessed in office. Add your mayor, and that makes four.
I agree with the commenter who said show up at this meeting and show support for the two locked out of a process YOU elected them to.
It's bigger than just the two of them. These a-holes are shutting YOU out and crushing YOUR voice with their stunts.
Don't wait until the next election to fight back. It will be too late then. They will have done their propoganda job, threatened the renters and lied to the studens convincingly by then.
