CITIZEN CALL LEADS TO THE ARREST OF ‘WANTED’ DELAWARE MAN
Ocean City Police officers located the vehicle and followed the suspects as they entered the 7-Eleven parking lot on 139^th Street and Coastal Highway. Officers initiated a consensual conversation and determined that the driver was operating the vehicle on a suspended and revoked license.
The OCPD officer attempted to place the driver under arrest for driving on a suspended and revoked license when the driver and one passenger fled on foot. After a brief foot pursuit, the driver of the vehicle returned to the mini-van and fled in the vehicle traveling north on Coastal Highway, towards the state of Delaware.
Ocean City Police officers did not pursue the driver once the driver fled in the vehicle. OCPD immediately contacted Delaware authorities to inform them that the suspect had just fled Ocean City and was possibly heading north bound into Delaware.
Clayton Francis Ricketts, 21-year-old of Georgetown, Delaware, was the second passenger in the vehicle. Ricketts did not flee from police, however it was determined by OCPD that he was wanted for an outstanding warrant in the state of Delaware for robbery. Ricketts was placed under arrest by Ocean City Police for a fugitive warrant.
The third suspect, who was last seen by police in the area of 139^th Street, has not yet been located. The driver of the vehicle was a 21-year-old Delaware resident whose name is not being released due to a single vehicle collision that occurred in Bethany Beach, Delaware following his episode in Ocean City.

Media Monday - 081215 ...
Is today's Daily Times editorial a joke? First we're graced with a front page story on Sunday telling us all what we already knew - Salisbury Mayor Barrie Tilghman is not seeking re-election. Councilman Gary Comegys would never have declared for Mayor if she was. But given the banner headline, you would have thought it was VE Day again. Today we have an editorial that portrays Tilghman as the greatest politician in the history of Western civilization.
"She always showed leadership." Yes, if your definition of a leader is the biggest bully on the block then I guess that you could define Barrie Tilghman as a leader.
"Throwing the old boy network on its head." I guess that depends on WHO you define as the "old boy network". From shady real estate deals (Fruitland Wal-Mart, Sassafras Meadows and the Fire HQ) to massive taxpayer subsidies for chosen developers (the old mall, the NE Collector Road, and AGAIN, Sassafras Meadows) Tilghman has been front and center providing for HER "old boy network".
Selective memory, or brazen prejudice, may account for SOME of the ridiculous notions printed today. However, that does not excuse the outright lies also included:
There were the public attacks and bitter incriminations courtesy ofWhile Reddish, and Delmarva Dealings can rightfully be charged with attacking Tilghman (but I will always argue that they were justified, accurate attacks), to paint the others with such a broad brush is borderline libelous. Unless the author believes, like Tilghman, that ANY criticism is an "attack" this simply isn't so. The implication that a genuinely wonderful woman such as Linda Kent would "attack" anyone is preposterous. It just goes to show what sore losers Barrie Tilghman, and evidently the Daily Times, are. To claim that bloggers have a "borderline personality disorders" is probably libelous. Don't worry Greg and Susan, I'm not planning on suing (I like you too much and it's against my faith). I can't speak for others.
Robert Taylor, Bob Caldwell, Linda Kent, Carolyn Hall, Jim Ireton, Bill
Reddish and (of course) assorted Web loggers motivated by revenge or
borderline personality disorders.
As for our collective motivation, the author again shows their ignorance and their true colors. Barrie Tilghman has never done anything to me. Revenge has nothing to do with the fact that many of us believe that she has been a bad Mayor.
Ironically, the Daily Times accuses certain folk of "attacking" Tilghman but hide from the fact that they have been the primary tool for her vicious, unwarranted, and false attacks against many of those same people - and many others. Who can forget the Daily Times printing outright lies by Tilghman about city council candidate Tim Spies. This is but one example of the most potent weapon of the unholy marriage of Tilghman and the paper - wrap it in quotation marks and take no responsibility for printing false information. Her attacks against us "dirty rotten bloggers" only ceased because her own son happens to be one of us (and a damned good, if liberal, one I might add).
There is no question that she can claim many accomplishments. Unfortunately, too many of those accomplishments have been bad policy for Salisbury and her taxpayers and residents. I do commend her for good political instincts, including her realization that her time is over. However, to compare a tin horn, wannabe dictator to one of the greatest leaders of my lifetime (Margaret Thatcher) is insulting. It's just one more example of the Daily Times playing Monica Lewinsky to Barrie Tilghman's Bill Clinton.

A Gun History Lesson
In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control. From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a total of 13 million Jews and others who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.
China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Guatemala established gun control in 1964.. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million 'educated' people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Defenseless people rounded up and exterminated in the 20th Century because of gun control: 56 million.
It has now been 12 months since gun owners in Australia were forced by new law to surrender 640,381 personal firearms to be destroyed by their own government, a program costing Australia taxpayers more than $500 million dollars. The first year results are now in:
Australia-wide, homicides are up 3.2 percent
Australia-wide, assaults are up 8.6 percent
Australia-wide, armed robberies are up 44 percent (yes, 44 percent)!
In the state of Victoria alone, homicides with firearms are now up 300 percent. Note that while the law-abiding citizens turned them in, the criminals did not, and criminals still possess their guns!
It will never happen here? I bet the Aussies said that too!
While figures over the previous 25 years showed a steady decrease in armed robbery with firearms, this has change d drastically upward in the past 12 months, since criminals now are guaranteed that their prey is unarmed.
There has also been a dramatic increase in break-ins and assaults of the ELDERLY. Australian politicians are at a loss to explain how public safety has decreased, after such monumental effort and expense was expended in successfully ridding Australian society of guns. The Australian experience and the other historical facts above prove it.
You won't see this data on the US evening news, or hear politicians disseminating this information.
Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only the law-abiding citizens.
Take note my fellow Americans, before it's too late!
The next time someone talks in favor of gun control, please remind him of this history lesson.
With Guns.............We Are 'Citizens'.
Without Them........We Are 'Subjects'..
During W.W. II the Japanese decided not to invade America because they knew most Americans were ARMED !
Note: Admiral Yamamoto who crafted the attack on Pearl Harbor had attended Harvard U 1919-1921 & was Naval Attache to the U. S. 1925-28. Most of our Navy was destroyed at Pearl Harbor & our Army had been deprived of funding & was ill prepared to defend the country.
It was reported that when asked why Japan did not follow up the Pearl Harbor attack with an invasion of the U. S. Mainland, his reply was that he had lived in the U. S. & knew that almost all households had guns.

Abused Puppies?
I am writing you to tell you about a man who is selling Jack Russell puppies in Whaleyville, MD. My mother saw an ad in the guide for JR puppies and she scheduled a time to go and look at them. When she got there she was appalled! The puppies were in a shed that was wet, cold and the doors were held shut with a rake & shovel. There wasn't any bedding, just wet pine needles. The puppies are severely ill. She bought one and immediately took it to her vet. The pup is filled with hook and round worms. The vet informed her that if she didn't bring it in that it would have died. When the puppy goes to the bathroom it is nothing but worms. She is calling the Worcester County Humane Society in the morning to see if they can investigate this man. He has multiple litters and the parent dogs appear to be ill as well. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Stolen Items
My son's vehicle was broken into on Sunday evening at the Salisbury Animal Hospital on Rt. 50. Unfortunately, he had several items taken, including an iPod given to him for a graduation gift, credit card and a Piggy Bank that was given to me after the death of my father. I would like to plead to the person who took his items to return at least this bank. You can keep the money, but this bank is one of the only things I have of my father's. It would have no value to anyone but has great sentimental value to me. Please contact the Salisbury Police Dept. if found or it can be returned to the Salisbury Animal Hospital. I am offering a reward for its safe return.

To This Blogger, It Doesn't Get Any Better Than This Post!
"Hey Joe,
Wanted to let you know that our adoptions are going through the roof! We have 21 empty kennels (as of right this minute) and we have 10 dogs who are adopted and will be going home in the coming week. Plus, we have 10 cats going home too! All of the dogs you have posted are adopted. We took photos to send you today but all of them got adopted before we could send them! So could you post that right now, we don't have dogs to post but we do have some that will come available this week and we will send photos then. In the meantime, isn't it GREAT!?!
Linda"
THANK YOU!
Everyone knows the kind of animal lovers Jennifer and I are and to think they could put down wonderful pets simply because families are going broke, they're losing their homes and relocating to rental properties where they can't take their dog or cat with them.
A very close friend called me just before I got this message telling me they planned on heading out to the Humane Society to look at their inventory and they wanted to know if I could give them the heads up on any new pictures. I told them that I hadn't seen any recently but I'd keep them posted. The next thing you know, this message came in.
Linda, I'm so pleased for ALL of you as well. Our goal is to create a No Kill Shelter there and that's exactly where we're headed if this keeps up. If people continue to adopt animals there the Humane Society won't need to put animals down. This is great news and I'm glad your troubles there are the best kind of troubles a facility like yours could have.
Remember Folks, they get in new animals every day and many of them come from a distressed situation mainly, (recently) based around people losing their homes. I would think many of these animals are pure bred and they're getting dropped off at the Humane Society as much as the mixed breed, (designer dogs).
As always, we will provide updated photos as they come in. What a great Christmas this has become and it's all because of YOU. Oh, I should end with this. I was at Sam's the other day ringing the bell when all of a sudden this wonderful young lady came up to me with this look in her eye. You know, that look of joy, pride and happiness. She was one of the new owners of one of the puppies recently Posted, proudly sporting pictures and all! Talk about rewarding! ;-)
Mayor Barrie Tilghman Finally QUITS!

Barrie Tilghman calls it quits and will NOT run again. There is a God. The Daily Times finally printed the Court Date in which the Mayor is suing me for saying that there are FOB's out there. TWO of her neighbors are ready to testify in Court proving there are. Several of them recently witnessed the street sweeper and Public Works cleaning up leaves on her road and throughout her neighborhood.
First Dunn quit, then Cathcart, now Tilghman. THE BLOGS HAVE WON! Remember how Barrie said she would wait till after the Holidays to announce her decision? Last week at the Red Cross Luncheon, that sealed the deal. She saw how well I was received at that event while NO ONE would have anything to do with her. She stood there like a lost puppy and eventually stormed out of there. Her support is GONE. Barrie Tilghman, I cannot wait until our Court Date so we can finish you for good. Here's some of what was said in the Daily Times.
"Her tenure also was marked by high profile disputes with residents who lampooned her with racy photos or negative performance reviews in Internet blogs -- part of a group she deemed "The Dirty Dozen" in 2006. Tilghman sued one of them, Delmar blogger Joe Albero, on charges of defamation of character. A trial is scheduled for Jan. 21 in the District Court for Wicomico County.
Despite the lawsuit and Tilghman's public press conference decrying the "negativity" on the blogs, she said the issue isn't necessarily one that requires fixing.
"The citizenry has always shown great resilience," she said. "The citizens of Salisbury will take care of Salisbury. This group of people (who spread negativity) are without alternatives. The goal of this group is to be negative."
Bennett Middle Band
Bennett Middle School band students were required to rent uniforms and purchase specific shoes for this event that are pointless. Yes, they wore them to an hour-long concert in December, but unfortunately as a mother of a 7th grade percussionist, I only witnessed one song my son actually was able to participate in. Purchase of special marching shoes that will not fit next year is unfair in this economy.
To top off my disappointment and anger, I just saw the results of the Pocomoke city parade and found that the Salisbury Middle band participated in that parade. Shouldn't Bennett Middle School band students have been given the same opportunity? I waited for over 2 years, since my son was in 5th grade band, to see my son participate in a parade. So far this year, I have seen him play 1 song. Does that seem fair?
Ringing The Bell For The Salvation Army Has Its Rewards
The other day I was standing in front of the North WalMart ringing the bell and handing out Candy Canes to all the young children.
All of a sudden I leaned over to hand one of the children a Candy Cane and the child said, I have something for you Sir. He then proceeded to thank me for what I was doing and handed me the package above. On one side was a small Snickers Bar taped to a small piece of paper. When I turned it over I got the added bonus of a message thanking ME for serving.
I'm telling you Folks, there aren't that many slots left open and you should jump on board and take one of the most rewarding hours, couple of hours, whatever you like. If you'd like to help out cal the Salvation Army at 410-749-7771 ext. 100 or me at 410-430-5349. You can also e-mail me at alberobutzo@wmconnect.com and let me know which open slot you'd like to take and I'll take it from there.
To the young man who gave me this Snickers Bar, God Bless You. The memory will last me a lifetime.

TWO MORE US BANKS BITE THE DUST - 24TH AND 25TH BANK TO FAIL THIS YEAR
Haven Trust Bank in Duluth, Georgia and Sanderson State Bank of Texas become the 24th and 25th Bank to fail this year. The FDIC's fund has been dwindling as an increase in bank failures has taken its toll, reducing the fund to $34.6 billion at the end of the third quarter.
FYI - SBYnews has now deployed night vision goggles to try and help monitor the Feds stealth activity in order to cover these events. Remember, you read here first on SBYnews.

Pete Bubbas, Owner Of Zia's Restaurant Arrested AGAIN
The owner of Zia's Restaurant was arrested last night for soliciting a prostitute along with 6 other John's.
Mr. Bubbas has been having trouble with the law a lot recently as he was arrested not long ago for allegedly assaulting one of his employees. I was also told by someone that this isn't the first time this has happened, but it hasn't been confirmed.
Like I said, Wicomico County is one horny place to live!
HISTORICAL MOMENTS BY GEORGE CHEVALLIER
By 1907, the house and adjacent property was known as Fairfield Farms and was owned by Grant Sexton. It was the largest dairy farm serving Salisbury.
After its service as a dairy farm, the house was secured by Wicomico County in 1930 and used as a home for homeless boys and girls aged four to fifteen. The original Matron in charge was Mrs. Rhetta Duffy. The Children’s Home was subsequently under the supervision of Mrs. Beulah White Hare. While a campaign was conducted each year for contributions for its support, William H. Morton was the chief benefactor.
The Children’s Home was discontinued in 1954 after federal and state programs were instituted. For the next two years, it was an institution for boys with mental and emotional problems.
The property was then sold to the Lutheran Church which used it as a church until their new church was built in front of it (new church is visible from Old Ocean City Road). When their new church was ready they sold the old Children’s Home and it has been in the possession of private families since then. The present owners are restoring it at their own expense.

Before & After

Remember that beautiful old Barn that was looking like it was about to fall down off Rt. 50? Well, it looks like the owner chose to take it down before someone possibly got hurt. It was a beautiful piece of Eastern Shore History and we can simply rely on the photos we've posted here to keep that history known.
Sting Operation
Why is it when the police conduct a sting operation, one of the best ways to rid prostitution from an area they arrests the 'Johns' using a police officer posed as a hooker, but in Illinois, when the sitting Gov. wants to sell the seat of the Senator who has just gotten elected president; the police only arrest him and not all of the folks who offered money to buy that seat?
It seams to me we would get right down to the nitty gritty of the situation if the FBI would do this.
The FBI knew he was crooked, and they also know who is involved. My guess is these roots run deep and they run right into the office of the President Elect. Alexrod, and Emanuel, have already be reported to have had some contact with him over this seat. Now Obama and every one who is even remotely involved, is asking for him to step down.
If he does and decideds to profit on it by telling his story. It's not going to hold any water because it will be a guy who obviously did something wrong to save his butt, and in the end won't accomplish anything, because no one will believe hime, he will have lost all credibility.
One the other hand it the Governor would not step down, but instead. make the State build a case against him and bring impeachment proceedings. If he did this; it would put the Entire System on Trial, and that is exactly what really needs to be done.
Obama's Birth Certificate will look like nothing if the FBI were to really follow this lead.
Thank God, the press is finally coming to it's senses and seeing that they wanted Bush 43 out of office so badly they absolutely did nothing to dig any dirt on Obama.
I was watching the talking heads today and they admitted that they really don't know anything about him! Duh !!! It's about time that they start finding it out.
Gee, I wonder with the arrest of the Governor this week is making them feel like they may have a lot of butt to cover. If there is a connection here, (which I think there). The MSM needs to be ashamed of them selves and not be trusted again.
They have sold America a bill of goods in the Chosen One who actually does have flaws , and who's crap really does stink, without going through the simplest of digging on major stories that they were confronted with. Like the LA Times refusing to release video tapes. Or putting the question of his birth records, or college records out for everyone to see. Or lying about his relationship with Tom Ayers.
I looks like the Obahma Honeymoon is over. Thank God!
BOYS!
And anyone else who needs a laugh.
Why boys need parents...

And you also find out interesting things when you have sons, like...
1.) A king size waterbed holds enough water to fill a 2000 sq. ft. house 4 inches deep.
2! .) If you spray hair spray on dust bunnies and run over them with roller blades, they can ignite.
3.) A 3-year old Boy's voice is louder than 200 adults in a crowded restaurant.
4.) If you hook a dog leash over a ceiling fan, the motor is not strong enough to rotate a 42 pound Boy wearing Batman underwear and a Superman cape. It is strong enough, however, if tied to a paint can, to spread paint on all four walls of a 20x20 ft. room.
5.) You should not throw baseballs up when the ceiling fan is on. When using a ceiling fan as a bat, you have to throw the ball up a few times before you get a hit. A ceiling fan can hit a baseball a long way.
6.) The glass in windows (even double-pane) doesn't stop a baseball hit by a ceiling fan.
7.) When you hear the toilet flush and the words 'uh oh', it's already too late.
8.) Brake fluid mixed with Clorox makes smoke, and lots of it.
9.) A six-year old Boy can start a fire with a flint rock even though a 36- year old Man says they can only do it in the movies.
10.) Cer tain Lego's will pass through the digestive tract of a 4-year old Boy.
11.) Play dough and microwave should not be used in the same sentence.
12.) Super glue is forever.

19.) Always look in the oven before you turn it on; plastic toys do not like ovens.
20.) The fire department in Austin, TX has a 5-minute response time.
21.) The spin cycle on the washing machine does not make earthworms dizzy.
22.) It will, however, make cats dizzy.
23.) Cats throw up twice their body weight when dizzy.
24.) 80% of Women will pass this on to almost all of their friends, with or without kids.
25.) 80% of Men who read this will try mixing the Clorox and brake fluid.
Armed Robbery Upodate
December 12, 2008 4:16 PM
On December 12, 2008 at 1:35 PM, an armed robbery was committed in the
parking lot of BB&T bank near the campus of Salisbury University (not in
the Allenwood Center as was reported in the original campus bulletin.)
University Police officers were on scene within minutes of the incident,
and the investigation revealed that the assailants had fled away from
main campus.
Investigators are examining evidence and questioning persons of
interest. Anyone who may have additional information about this crime
is asked to contact the Wicomico Bureau of Investigations through the
Wicomico County Sheriff’s Department: (410) 548-4891. You may also
provide information to the Salisbury University Police Department: (410)
543-6222, or anonymously to Crime Solvers of the Lower Eastern Shore:
(410) 548-1776.
I would like to remind our campus community that crimes can occur
anywhere, at anytime. Individuals should always be attentive to their
surroundings, and remain alert to the potential ill-intent of others
nearby. Please review and consider the following tips:
Street Robbery Tips:
1. Try to remain calm. Do not resist. Consider the robber dangerous.
2. In most cases, the robber only wants your valuables/money and is
not there to hurt you.
3. Assume the robber is armed, even if you don't see a weapon.
4. If a weapon is displayed, consider it to be real and loaded.
5. Do only what the robber tells you. If you don't understand, tell
the robber.
6. Attempt to get a good, complete description of the robber, - taking
note of unique and unusual characteristics.
7. Your main goal is to survive!
8. Comply with the assailant unless it is evident that your life is in
danger.
9. Remember--your valuables can be replaced, your life can't.
Report any suspicious persons immediately to the police. If possible,
use a cellular phone to call 911 while maintaining visual observation of
the subject(s).

Walk Through Bethlehem @ Lynnhaven Baptist Church
Once again the folks at Lynnhaven Baptist Church in Pocomoke City, are putting on what is becoming their annual “A Walk Through Bethlehem.
Our family attended this great event last year and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Hundreds of Volunteers have contributed many hours of their time and talents to construct the ancient Bethelhem, and what an outstanding realistic job they do.
Show time and details are as follows, and I encourage everyone to come out, young and old to see for yourselves the ‘Reason for the Season’.

FEDS REFUSE TO DISCLOSE RECIPIENTS OF MORE THAN 2 TRILLION OF EMERGENCY LOANS
For the first time the Fed's lending exceeded 2 trillion dollars. It rose by 138%, or 1.23 trillion, in the 12 weeks since September 14, when Central Bank governors relaxed collateral standards to accept securities that weren't rated AAA.
The Fed stepped into a rescue role that was the original purpose of the Treasury’s $700 billion Troubled Asset Relief Program. The central bank loans don’t have the oversight safeguards that Congress imposed upon the TARP.
‘Been Bamboozled’ - Click here to read more as Bloomberg News submits Freedom Of Information Request for disclosure of more than $2 trillion of emergency loans from US taxpayers and the assets the Central Bank is accepting as collateral.

One more thing...let's move on and NOT give ANON 4:02 any more of our time. It's not worth it. I definitely appreciate all of the nice things that have been said about me and in my defense. But, there's one thing that I learned in the Marine Corps many years ago, and it has proven to be true over and over...you will always have "the 10%". They are the 10% that ruin it for the rest of us. The 10% that make things more difficult for the other 90% of us. The 10% of the "shitbirds" as we used to call them in the Corps. The one good thing about them...they make the rest of us look that much better. Now, let's move on and get this money raised so I can continue living among the 90% of the people who are so good!

Wicomico County Detention Center Officer Resigns Part II
An Inmate in the RSAP, (Recovering Substance Abuse Program) got a Correctional Officer S. Chandler pregnant. I'm told they monitored her phone calls and found through conversations with the Inmate's Parents she openly admitted to getting pregnant by their Son.
Getting back to the PREA Title of this Post. It stands for, Prison Rate Elimination Act. It means an Officer cannot have sex with an Inmate in their custody. The Inmate can actually sue, (and more than likely easily win) against the County because the Inmate is in the Correctional Officers Custody.
Based on some of the comments from our earlier Post on this matter, there's a lot more information about to hit the comments over the next several days. From what I've come to learn, it looks to me like there needs to be some very serious changes at the Detention Center right away.
What are your thoughts on Inmates having sex with Correctional Officers?
You've Got To Love The Eastern Shore!
It doesn't matter where you're at, Delmar is horrible and I can't say as I blame anyone for slowing down but when you're driving near the Sheriff's Department and it's smooth as silk, these Idiots deserve to be rear ended by an old, oh, let's say 1991 Chevy Pickup Truck!
It never fails at that location too. I don't care if the people in front of me are in a car, they almost come to a stop and you can very clearly see to your left or right if a train is coming. Anyhow, I just thought I'd get that off my chest and see if YOU experience the same problem.
Eastern Shore Rednecks, your vehicle won't fall to pieces and you paid all that money so it can handle conditions like this. These vehicles are not held to a law in which they have to stop for R/R Tracks! Watch out for a 1991 Chevy Pickup in your rear view mirror. The image WILL be closer than it appears!

BREAKING NEWS
Two victims from the Chesapeake Ship Builders are being rushed to the Hospital. One as a Priority 1 burn victim and the other as a Priority 2. We're not exactly sure what just happened but would guess it was a flash fire because the Fire Department wasn't called out for a fire.
Let's just hope these guys are OK because I'm told the Priority 1 victim isn't doing too great. If anything new comes in on this I'll let you know.
Wicomico County Detention Center Officer Resigns
I'm told by several sources that there is actually an investigation going on as there may be criminal charges placed against this Officer, time will tell.
While our last Post about the WCDC brought in more than 250 comments, things are heating up everywhere you look down there and it became obvious there are some serious issues with the Warden, Management and Staff.
Wicomico County must be one horny County with all the sexual charges flying around, especially in the last places anyone would suspect! I'm told one female inmate who has refused to do what she's told had been ordered by a Judge she could NOT have visitation with her two children. Word on the street is, the Warden recently over rode the Judge's Order and in fact gave emergency visitation for this Inmate and questions are roaming everywhere as to just how this could have happened all of a sudden.
Maybe some of the Staff can pop in this morning and express their feeling with one of their co workers getting pregnant by an Inmate AND how this other Inmate got visitation with her children out of nowhere.
Elk Crossing

This is the turn-off at Banff, Alberta, Canada to the #1 highway to Calgary .
Great picture isn't it? They had to build the animals (especially the elk)their own bridge because this is where their natural crossing was. After the highway was built there were far too many animals killed. It didn't take the animals long to learn that this was their very own bridge!
And you have some people who say 'Animals are stupid'. Oh really....?
This was sent in by a loyal reader. Thank you, for sharing with us.
Kenneth L. Townsend

"Here's a sad story Joe.
The thief, Kenneth L Townsend, Owns 2 properties. 30933 ward rd. in Salisbury, Where he lives with his present wife Deborah ( who I may add may work for one of our Judges. Funny, ain't that.). Also, he owns 105 Coulbourn Dr, Salisbury, Where His Ex-Wife Karen lives in accordance to a Divorce agreement of lifetime rights. Now, after The divorce, Kenny, being the man that he is, put his new wifes name on the property with his and took a mortgage out on it. You can most likely see where this ones going.
Yesterday they had to put on Karen Townsends only place to live a Fore-closure Notice.
Joe, a special place in hell awaits that man."

Parental Alienation Syndrome
Going through a separation and divorce is always a difficult and emotional time for everyone, especially children, so we need to know how to conduct ourselves for their overall mental health through these difficult times. It is so easy when we are angry to say things to the children portraying the other parent as a bad and evil person but you need to think before you speak because you are psychologically scaring your kids and you don’t even realize you’re doing it. You must understand a child’s brain is not done developing yet and their comprehension is not the same as ours no matter how smart they are. If you say mommy/daddy is a bad person they sometimes will think well I’m half mommy/daddy does that make me half bad, am I a bad person also?
The truth be told kids love both parents and need them both and don’t like to here them talked bad of. If you run the other parent down to the point that the personal relationship with the other parent is damaged with the kids it can cause terrible psychological damage to children extending well into adulthood. Now I understand you cannot control the other parent and you may find yourself on the receiving end of the trash talking ex but there is still help. I relied on a book by Dr. Richard A. Warshak called **“Divorce Poison:** Protecting the Parent-Child Bond from a Vindictive Ex**”*. This book explains the damages caused by PAS and how to combat it.
You don’t have to sit on the sidelines watch as your kids are being brainwashed and you can combat it but it has to be done in an appropriate manner by all means. If you are going through a separation or a divorce this book is a must read. Please if you get one and only one thing out of this post is that your kids are the most important thing in the world and don’t hurt them by saying bad things about your ex.
Everyone needs to vent but don’t vent on the kids as they are not mature enough to understand everything that is going on and they have enough to deal with on their own. You may have a reason to be upset but the kids should never be your outlet of anger towards your ex no matter the circumstance.

The Christmas Pickle
I have never heard of this before it was brought up at my daughter’s daycare. I figured I would share it.
It is a quaint tradition that nobody wants to claim. And its story would not be the first tradition of Christmas born of a total fabrication. It is the little-known tradition of the Christmas pickle.
The Christmas pickle is not really a pickle at all. It is a pickle-shaped ornament that is the last one hung on the tree on Christmas Eve. The first child to find the Christmas pickle gets an extra gift from Saint Nicholas. Or so the so-called legend goes.
There are two other versions of the origins of the Christmas pickle. One is a family story of a Bavarian-born ancestor who fought in the American Civil War. A prisoner in poor health and starving, he begged a guard for just one pickle before he died. The guard took pity on him and found a pickle for him. The pickle by the grace of God gave him the mental and physical strength to live on.
The other, perpetuated in Berrien Springs, MI, is a medieval tale of two Spanish boys traveling home from boarding school for the holidays. When they stopped at an inn for the night, the innkeeper, a mean and evil man, stuffed the boys into a pickle barrel. That evening, St. Nicholas stopped at the same inn, became aware of the boys' plight, tapped the pickle barrel with his staff, and the boys were magically freed.
Berrien Springs calls itself the Christmas Pickle Capital of the World. They celebrate with an annual Christmas Pickle Festival held during the early part of December. A parade, led by the Grand Dillmeister who passes out fresh pickles along the parade route, is the featured event. You may even purchase the German glass pickle ornaments at the town’s museum.
Rumor and speculation place the origin of this tradition in Germany. However few in modern-day Germany recognize or have even heard of the Christmas pickle. Some in West Germany blame generations of East Germans who may have had nothing more than pickles to decorate their Christmas trees with after World War II. But even families and historians in East Germany shrug at the mention of the Christmas pickle tradition.
Regardless of where it came from, the Christmas tradition survives. Ornament manufacturers continue to make the specialty decoration and enjoy perpetuating the myth of its legendary origins -- false though they may be."
Troubles At James M Bennett High School
Joe:
You are the only one with the balls to tell the public about the situation at James M. Bennett High School. It is a war zone, Teachers threatened with physical harm and rape even. The Sheriff's Department is aware as the school resource officers, yes plural are in place. Teachers have been told not to talk because it will impede the investigation. The Principal there allegedly disciplined a Teacher when a camera was set up to catch who was leaving threatening notes on the teachers desk. Joe this is bad I am not going to lie. Tomorrow I will meet you at Sam's or Walmart in person face to face, but my job requires that I be annon right now, or P will join the ranks of the unemployed. The principal there has turned the place into a war zone, let it turn into a war zone.
This should get interesting! Just look at the open slots on the schedule and that's where you'll find me.
