Incident: CDS violations

On 12/13/08 at 3:00 am
, officers responded to the area of S. Brown St regarding two suspicious subjects walking in the area. Upon making contact with both, officers observed one subject drop a baggie of suspected marijuana onto the ground as he approached the officer. He was placed under arrest accordingly.

Charged: William Bonneville, 25 yoa Cambridge, MD

Charges:
Possession of controlled dangerous substance: marijuana
Possession of drug paraphenalia

Disposition: Released to Central Booking


Case #: 2008-1941

Incident: Theft

On 12/14/08
officers responded to Food Lion regarding four shoplifters who were exiting the store. Upon arrival, officers made contact with four females who had in their possession several items with a total value of $46.71, the property of Food Lion, which had been stolen from within the store.

Charged:
1) Chonese Milner, 19 yoa Landover, MD
2) Joyce Wheeler, 19 yoa Princess Anne, MD
3) Jasmin Cook, 19 yoa Princess Anne, MD
4) Phelicia Henry, 19 yoa Upper Marlboro, MD

Charges: Theft $100

Disposition: Released to Central Booking

I'm going to take a guess.Two people from PG County and two from Princess Anne caught shplifting are UMES students. Is that sterotyping or true facts ? You know what I think.
