Norwegian psychiatrist Fred Heggen claims that Joe Biden is suffering from “dementia” and that his condition has worsened “at galloping speed.”
In an opinion piece published by Nettavisen entitled ‘Why Democrats are rallying behind a possibly demented candidate?’, Heggen, who is also a medical director at the Lovisenberg Diaconal Hospital’s psychiatric clinic in Oslo, says the presidential candidate is suffering from obvious cognitive failure.
“Of course I may still judge him wrongly, but in my eyes he appears as a person who is already very affected by dementia. And the presidential election is still far ahead. What if his condition worsens further over the next two-three months?” Heggen asked.

Yes, we all think that and it's probably true, but i hate it when physicians go on the record to get notoriety to diagnose someone they've never met or treated. It's just not professional. Doctors have, and should have, a higher standard.
They do it so they can have his choice of VP become president...of course in the ridiculous likelihood that he would win...
Our eleven year old daughter made the same diagnosis.
The Democrats will be electing a Vice President. This is a way for them to whisk in a candidate who was unelectable on their own. Then, if something bad happens, they will have the President they truly wanted. The Democratic moderates should be pushing hard for input.
I saw the polls out of Michigan showing Biden ahead by 8 points; mostly comprised of non-whites and 65 +. Hmmmm, not to be critical of those demographics but one has to wonder if there is something in the water for the whole state and not just Detroit. Whitmer is a loon and I still think she is evil...look at her eyes.
To the Doctor's comment, Joe replied. "Look man, Sigmund Freud, yesterday I would call him out back, we've got have a plan, Trump didn't do it right, vote for me for Senate!"

I wold generally agree, but in this case it isn't at all difficult to make the diagnosis from what is extensively available for public view.
He doesn't really need to be 'examined' like he would if they were speculating on heart disease.
He clearly has dementia. It is obvious to the most casual observer.

My mother passed away from Alzheimer's and Biden is exhibiting the same symptoms she had in the early stages. It progressed quickly.
Really we now have a diagnosis everyone with a half a brain already knew that he had dementia.All the Democrats and house members need to be tested we all knew this before the impeachment process. And you want this man for President and Commander and Chief? Astronauts circling the Earth can readily see the performance inadequacies in Joe, and even in his prime he was no rocket scientist.
More seriously, many of us have watched the decline and eventual demise of a parent, relative or friend. It's an unhappy process. Dr. Jill, Tom Perez and the DNC must be acutely aware of the downward slope Joe is on. They belong in the hottest spot in Hades for manipulating this old codger in this way.
