This is just a small start.

This is the pork (waste) that Republicans cut out of the budget that shouldn't have been there in the first place. A part of compromise deals. Now while Republicans are in control they should cut unnecessary funding and turn our country around to show good things do happen when Republicans are leading, rather than what the liberals spread in their propaganda scare tactics.

Exactly what is needed!

Exactly! What a great start at chipping away at our Deficit created by Obama and the Democrats!

Now where is the cut in the entitlement programs?

Cut it all, especially the beach replenishment. We don't go to the beach and are tired of paying for sand to be put back on the beach.

Now that some proposed cuts have been announced, I foresee all these agencies fighting tooth and nails for no cuts. Trump will have many more cuts that will save big bucks. Pray to God Congress does not give in to the "sobbing give me" liberals, DNC or over budgeted agencies.

I was going to say "unbelievable", but nothing surprises me out of the elitist government. By the way, let's freeze all foreign aid until we get our own house in order.

How about cutting the generous financial aid and security provisions to dictator King Abdallah of Jordan as his controlled media keeps inciting hatred and violence against the U.S. and Israel, as shown in the recent killing of 3 Americans.

this is just the tip of the iceberg. many years ago a study was done showing we could cut the budget by at least half and still continue operating. why are we doing all these things anyway. not constitutional. period

These are reasons Bill Clinton took SSI out of its own dept and put that money in general funds.
