Incident: Theft
Date of Incident: 27 October 2016
Location: 5000 block of Brandywood Lane, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Dana Michelle Page, 31, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 27 October 2016 at 1:30 PM a deputy arrested Dana Page following an allegation of a theft. According to the complainant in this case, Page took a trailer purportedly for someone to use for a move, but it was later discovered that Page sold the trailer and kept the proceeds of the sale for herself.
The deputy transported Page to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Page on Personal Recognizance.
Charges: Theft under $1,000.00


Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 28 October 2016
Location: 500 block of Booth Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Clarence R. McGill, 57, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 28 October 2016 at 12:02 PM a deputy arrested Clarence McGill following a complaint made that he was repeatedly touching a 16 year old female while making suggestive comments towards her. According to the complaint, McGill would rub on the victim’s arm in a manner that made her feel uncomfortable.
McGill is also a registered sex offender.
The deputy transported McGill to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained McGill without a bond. Following a bond review on 31 October 2016, McGill remained on a no bond status.
Charges: Assault 2nd Degree


Incident: Threats of Arson
Date of Incident: 28 October 2016
Location: 28000 block of Adventist Road, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Anton Shermal Fooks, 18, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 28 October 2016 at 4:41 PM a deputy arrested Anton Fooks on an arrest warrant following a complaint regarding a threat he allegedly made. According to the complainant in this case, Fooks told her that he would “burn your house down with your siblings in it.”
The deputy transported Fooks to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Fooks on Personal Recognizance.

Incident: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
Date of Incident: 29 October 2016
Location: Riverside Drive at Old Mill Branch Road, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Robert M. Reeck, 52, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 29 October 2016 at 9:07 PM a deputy responded to a reported single vehicle crash on Riverside Drive in the area of Old Mill Branch Road. According to witnesses, the vehicle involved was seen speeding and driving erratically before the crash. The deputy made contact with the driver, Robert Reeck, who had an odor of alcohol about him. During the subsequent investigation which included sobriety testing, the deputy concluded that Reeck was under the influence of alcohol and placed him under arrest.
Reeck refused to submit to a breath test.
The deputy transported Reeck to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Reeck on Personal Recognizance.

Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 30 October 2016
Location: 1200 block of Pocahontas Avenue, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Timothy Lee Price, 49, Delmar, DE
Narrative: On 30 October 2016 at 12:30 PM a deputy responded to a reported disturbance at a residence in the 1200 block of Pocahontas Avenue in Salisbury, MD. Upon arrival the deputy learned that family members engaged in an argument over the property of their deceased mother. According to the victims in this case, Timothy Price came at the other family members while brandishing a knife. During the investigation, the knife reportedly used by Price was recovered. The deputy placed Price under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Price in the Detention Center in lieu of $30,000.00 bond.
Charges: Assault 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree and Reckless Endangerment


Incident: Theft
Date of Incident: 30 October 2016
Location: 30000 block of Harris Lane, Delmar, MD
Suspect: Kenith Lee Buckley, 40, Delmar, MD
Narrative: On 30 October 2016 at 5:10 PM a deputy arrested Kenith Buckley in connection with a theft. According to the victim in this case, Buckley was allowed to stay at her residence to watch the victim’s dog while the victim was out of town. When the victim came home she discovered that Buckley was gone along with numerous items from her residence. According to the victim she was missing a surround sound system including speakers, jewelry and two cell phones. During the ensuing investigation the deputy discovered the purloined surround sound system in a local pawn shop and was able to identify Buckley as the individual who pawned the item.
The deputy transported Buckley to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Buckley on Personal Recognizance.
Charges: Theft $1,000.00 to $10,000.00

Buckley will walk. IT'S a civil matter. The cop should know better . Home owner gets what they deserve. Know who you mess with. If they weren't using the common sense the Lord gave them then they get the common sense lesson the devil teaches.
