Judge: Release Clinton Security Docs Within 5 Days

A frustrated federal judge ordered the State Department to begin producing within five days hundreds of documents on whether required or recommended security training, briefings or courses were completed by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her top aides.

Judge Richard Leon ruled Tuesday in favor of The Daily Caller News Foundation by rejecting the State Department’s motion to dismiss TheDCNF’s Freedom of Information Act lawsuit concerning production of the documents originally sought under the Freedom of Information Act. But he also denied TheDCNF’s request to depose State Department officials.

The State Department has been unable to produce any records confirming that Clinton and her top aides received mandatory annual security briefings about the proper handling of classified materials and the proper methods for conducting secure communications.

This is Clinton justice so they have an excuse not to charge her, if she murdered someone right in front of the Supreme Court they would let her off, she paid her way to have everyone look the other way. Just proves again this election in no way is fair, they are looking for every way they can to excuse her. Mark my words this country will be very sorry if she gets elected we already are the laughing stock of the world for what she and her husband have already pulled.

Wow, throughout my Air Force career, we were chased down by the Unit Security Monitor to get the annual training completed. We had to sign a paper every year for the Commander so he could report that our (his) squadron had completed its annual requirements. Geez, it was always a painful, boring, same old powerpoint every year. We certainly knew better and would be held responsible if we violated the Commanders regs. But hillary.....geez.

This is why Trump must be elected. We need change and accountability.

Hillary had been installed as Queen Bee at State Dept. and if she'd wanted the cafeteria to only serve endangered species as entrees that's what they'd have done without a peep or murmur. And since going through mandatory training would not pay like giving speeches she blew it off and they all kowtowed. Her backup plan was to claim ignorance since she hadn't been briefed - what she'd try to merchandise as an 'honest error'.
