Sorry, no answer to this just yet. You will have to try to figure them out on your own. I will give the answers later of any that you don't figure out.

Puddle of Mudd isn't a 90s band. Radiohead, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Smashing Pumpkins, Nine Inch Nails, Hole, Screaming Trees, Matchbox 20, and Pearl Jam
It's definitely Hole, not Puddle of Mudd. PoM were around in the 90s sure but not notable til early 2000s. It's like saying Pearl Jam were an 80s band... literally maybe but really not.
It's Hole not Puddle of Mud, they weren't part of the rest of these bands (have to look at the entire picture). Puddle of Mud has never been grouped with the likes of Sound Garden, Screaming Trees, NIN....
It's absolutely NOT Nine inch Nails. Those nails, driven into a 2x4 at the least, are no longer than seven inches at best, and if the wood was any smaller, it would have split. OMG I can't believe this!
I'm surprised I don't see Nirvana. But, Pearl Jam is one of the best bands of all time. They had a tour that sold out in minutes... while not making MTV videos and boycotting Ticketmaster.
It is most definitely puddle of mudd. A hole doesn't have a reflection from light on a muddy liquid substance in a puddle form. They were from the 90s, whether they were famous then or not is irrelevant, they were still in fact a 90s bands

What one word would sum up all of these bands? Try to keep it under 100 letters.
Puddle of mud... not Hole.
Puddle of Mudd isn't a 90s band.
Radiohead, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Smashing Pumpkins, Nine Inch Nails, Hole, Screaming Trees, Matchbox 20, and Pearl Jam
That's a hole, not a puddle. And matchbox 20 not candlebox
Puddle of Mudd came out 1991, but they weren't popular at that time.

Anyone know what the 10th item is? The one on the table next to pearl jam.
1 Alice On Chains
2 Smashing Pumpkins
3 Soundgarden
4 Radio head
5 Hole
6 Screaming Trees
7 Matchbox 20
8 Pearl Jam
9 Nine Inch Nails
Matchbox 20
Hole came out in 1989 not the 1990's so it is puddle of mud that came out in 1991 hints the question 90's bands
All the pics are obvious and spot on except, NIN, that does not represent that band at all to me! There are not 9 nails. I don't get it.

5:08, maybe it means the nails are nine inches long, not 9 nails 1 inch long?
Radiohead And Screaming trees came out in 1985.
Screaming trees and radiohead both came out in 1985. I would love to see another interpretation of those two.
This is a cool post. More of these types of posts would be neat-o cool.
It's absolutely NOT Nine inch Nails. Those nails, driven into a 2x4 at the least, are no longer than seven inches at best, and if the wood was any smaller, it would have split. OMG I can't believe this!
/sarc off
LOL1 This was a fun puzzle!
I wasn't being sarcastic. This is a cool puzzle. It makes people think and it's really neat-o.
That's technically not a 10th item. It's part of Pearl Jam. it's a knife and bread with pearl jam spread on it.
1. Matchbox 20
2. 9 inch nails
3. Screaming trees
4. Hole
5 Radio head
6. Alice in chains
7. Sound garden
8. Smashing pumpkins
9. Pearl Jam
I'm surprised I don't see Nirvana. But, Pearl Jam is one of the best bands of all time. They had a tour that sold out in minutes... while not making MTV videos and boycotting Ticketmaster.
If you count the marks on the nails, there are 9 of them on each one. Nine inch nails.
6:35 Thanks. Now that you have pointed it out I see it.
No, it is Hole. And btw it's Puddle of Mudd, and their first single that got them started "Control" wasn't released until July 17th, 2001.
Where exactly do you see Nirvana? Lol.
Puddle of Mudd wasn't cool until after the 90s. Nice try though.
Candle box? Lol
Since when does a hole have a reflection from light ontop of a muddy puddle?
It is most definitely puddle of mudd. A hole doesn't have a reflection from light on a muddy liquid substance in a puddle form. They were from the 90s, whether they were famous then or not is irrelevant, they were still in fact a 90s bands
What exactly is it reflecting? Give up. It's a hole...
Silly, that's shading to make a dimensional Hole. :)
Got it!
1. Screaming trees
2. Alice in Chains
3. Nine inch nails
4. Matchbox 20
5. Hole
6. Soundgarden
7. Pearl Jam
8. Smashing Pumpkins
9. Radiohead
Actually the question is asking when they came out or anything like thatIs asking what 90s bands they are
NIN IS CORRECT. Count the marks on the nails... dont overthink it!
Count the marks on the nails. There are nine. Don't over think it. =)
It's kinda messed up people are saying it's puddle of mudd
There are no bands in the picture, because there hasn't been any music worth listening to since 1985, that wasn't created by a 70s/80s band
It didn't ask when they came out. They were more known in the 90's so they were a 90's band. PoM didn't become well known until after the millennium
Matchbox 20, 9 inch nails, screaming tree, Radiohead, alice in chain Soundgarden, Smashing Pumpkins, Pearl Jam, And the hole
the grapes
