Notice that nothing in this agenda says anything about attracting business to the Salisbury area or creating jobs. The local government is clearly delusional. Downtown Master Plan. That's their big contribution to the area.

4:30 p.m. TriData presentation- Fire Service Consultant & Budget Amendment

I find it odd that the Fire Service Consultant is Steve Brezler, former City of Salisbury Fire Chief. An appointment of Barrie Tilghman who only lasted less than 2 years because he was ran off by good volunteers and good career firefighters.

This has "Stupid" written all over it on all levels!
