Please use caution if you must travel today. Primary roads are in pretty good shape but some secondary roads are still snow covered. Temperatures will dip below freezing tonight causing wet roadways to freeze. Please allow a little extra time to get to your destination. As always be safe in your travels.
Snow should begin to taper off within the next couple of hours. Temperatures will linger around freezing through the early morning hours, before temperatures begin to fall and the winds pick up. Any moisture or slush on roadways will freeze with temperatures not expected to get above freezing again until Wednesday afternoon. Drive Slow and Stay Safe. If you see anyone on the roads in need of assistance call 410-957-1600 or dial 911.
Beware of hazardous road conditions today. Especially on the County Roads protected by woods on both sides. Snow has built up on those roadways. State Highway is salting Rt 413 and Rt 13. Best policy for today is if you don't have to absolutely go out just stay home. Roads in the northern end of the county seem worse than the southern end. Please be safe out there.

Just thought I would mention , the little snow we had has caused a major reporting event in the local media. 2 inches of snow ? You got to be kidding me. A few years back we were concerned about real issues , we sure have changed , this is the change Obama wanted , much to do about nothing.
This morning the wind chill is about 15 degrees , now that is a concern. I guess we are now ALL followers .
The majority of people are dumb now. Not many are capable of doing anything for themselves. Everyone has "learned" to call someone to solve or fix even the most minor issues such as a clogged drain, replacing a light switch, cleaning the gutters, cutting the grass or shrubs and believe it or not even changing a light bulb. Yes, I have been paid to change a light bulb. The person had never done it and was scared to touch the bulb because they could get shocked. Most cars are front wheel drive and have automatic transmissions. There is no reason why anyone could not drive one of these in 1-2" of snow without any problem.
