The whole station doesn't know what they are doing. During the middle of the first half of the Michagan State basketball game they went to an infomercial and then anther show. The game finally resumed with about 5:00 minutes left. Because they are the regional station for this area it was not shown in this area on the other channels on direct tv. WBOC sucks.
No kidding 8:49 pm WBOC announces they will tell us at 11pm how much snow we will get. Hello it stopped snowing 4 1/2 hrs. ago!!!!
If one is going to herald themselves as the "CHIEF METEOROLOGIST" then he has to take the heat. He's a local celebrity.
I just watched the 10pm news. He stated he predicted a lite dusting that he admitted turned into a heavy dusting of 2.5 to three inches!!!
I don't know about his definition of dusting, but I think over an inch of snow is a snow event and not a dusting!!!
He didn't even predict that. He doesn't even have the guts to go out on a limb to talk about a major snow even later this week maybe Saturday?
How does WBOC management let him get away with this?
