Funeral homes have received guidelines from the CDC on how to handle any deaths from Ebola.
Michael Ruck Senior, owner of Ruck Funeral Homes says the guidelines state that if a person dies from Ebola, the body should be cremated immediately. If the family objects to cremation then the body will be buried immediately.
"There will be no visitation or viewing prior to the burial" says Ruck.
The bodies will not be embalmed. If the body is buried it will need to be in a hermetically sealed casket.
He tells WBAL Newsradio 1090 that it is extremely important that funeral homes be notified if a person dies from an infectious disease like Ebola.

And who is going to pay the funeral home for their extra expenses if the family refuses or has no money...or are they expected to just eat the cost? Are insurance companies going to cover this? Its probably going to come back to the good 'ol taxpayer.
This brings to mind the funeral home that was known to have hidden remains in the back yard for years. AGAIN this is the ball being dropped before your eyes. The government should be responsible for cremation oversight at every death. This country is really not prepared to handle this crisis. This is just another example. People always cut corners but now the price is death.
